903 - Inactive panel remain inactive, after clicking the inactive tab

#1 Post by Dreamer » 02.01.2024, 23:27

I had this issue several times, but I couldn't reproduce it, now I can:

To reproduce:
- use my custom settings (updated)
- set first tab in both panels
- make left panel active
- in settings - Refresh enable first 3 options, disable 4th option and enable 5th option "Refresh when FC is activated" - this is causing the problem
- restart FC
- click to desktop
- click to next (inactive) tab in inactive panel
- click to desktop
- click to next (inactive) tab in inactive panel
- click to desktop
- click to next (inactive) tab in inactive panel
- click to desktop
- click to next (inactive) tab in inactive panel
= tab is activated, but panel remain inactive

I can always reproduce it after the same number of clicks.

To reproduce just click desktop, then the next inactive tab in inactive panel, it's just the other panel each time - desktop, right panel, desktop, left panel.

I can reproduce it every time after reaching tab 3 in left panel, but just try to repeat the same steps more, if needed.

I couldn't reproduce it, if the option "Refresh when FC is activated" is disabled and I can always reproduce it, if I enable that option. Some other tab options are probably important too.

I found, that I forgot to upload updated custom setting, uploaded now to: Help/Samples/Dreamer Settings 2024-01-01/

Anyway, perhaps it's reproducible also with previous settings.

You can delete older custom settings folders.

Looks fixed, at least with the steps above, thanks.

Needs more testing though.
