891 - Quick search field auto close time needs FC restart

To reproduce:
- For Quick search set the "Quick search field auto close time" from 0 to 1 Sec.
- Press Apply and OK buttons
- type any letter, e.g. "a"
- quick search is activated
= it's not closed in 1 second, it's never closed

Workaround, restart FC, then it works.

OK, the same issue with the option "Show in the right panel on the left" for Quick filter, needs FC restart either.
