QuickLook app

#1 Post by m-a-r-k » 03.01.2023, 17:44

Is there any chance that FC could be made compatible with the app called QuickLook (Paddy Xu) in the MS Store?
It previews a selected file's contents when the space key is pressed which works in Explorer but not FC.
Thank you Marek.

Install the download version of QuickLook and it works.
But QuickLook results are worse compared with using TC plugins in FC
or FCs native viewer function.

Thank you.
Didn't work. I uninstall the MS Store app and installed the MSI.

Are you using the same versions - 32-bit FC and 32-bit QuickLook - or 64/64-bit?

Ah, good point, possibly 32bit QuickLook on 64bit FC.
However I've removed the app and I'll try to get used to pressing F3 instead which I find less intuitive.
I thought it might be useful to have a more global application for when I also have Explorer open.
Thanks anyway.
