897 "Toggle selection" action doesn't work ?

I added "Toggle selection" (actEditToggleSelection) button on action toolbar and clicked the button, but nothing happened.
How can I use this, or is this action command broken?

It's a known bug, will be fixed in the next version.

Workaround, use action "Select all", or mouse shortcut "Toggle selection" for "Free space" for middle or right mouse button, it works good like this.
