Easier opening and closing for the FC "elements"

#1 Post by Dreamer » 19.04.2023, 18:33

Not just for new users it could be not easy to open or close the FC elements, panels, like tree, quick viewer, especially if the toolbar button for these items are missing (BTW when using default settings, viewer button is in main toolbar and splitter - twice, but quick viewer button is missing).

Quick viewer has the button "x" to close it easily, so perhaps it could be added also to other elements, in the same form, or another, even "x" button is not used, if the option "Show title bar" is disabled.

My suggestions are for these elements:
- viewer
- quick viewer
- tree
- favorites tree

Suggestions for these elements:
- "x" button to close, if possible
- "Close" as the last context menu item (also for viewer)

Suggestions for status bar or/and empty space context menu:
- add items "tree", "favorites tree", "quick viewer"
- add separate items for "main toolbar", "splitter" and "favorite tools"

But Viewer has a typical "X" as it is opened as a separate window, while Quick Viewer has a non-typical "X"

But the 2 remaining ones are missing it indeed. And also other pup-up windows do not have [typical] "X"

For quick viewer - if the option "Show title bar" is disabled, X button is not shown.

For viewer, there is no X button in fullecreen mode (use Ctrl+F11).

For viewer - VLC player, there is no X button, not even any toolbar, so it's impossible to close it directly.
