Make installer running on win arm systems.

Hi Marek,

On a win64 arm system, the installer quits with a message "This program supports only x64 processor architectures". However, if i install the portable version by hand, FreeCommander seems to run quite very well on a arm64 windows. Just remove the restiction on the installer and we are happy .

Can only second this. Having an arm(64) version would be even better (at least cooler), though. I've built a few open source projects for arm64, maybe I can lend a hand?
