799 BUG - Icon white halo effect, even with the freecommander.exe icon

See attached the problem with a custom icon. Notice the weird white halo effect around the icons.

Then the fc.exe been used as an icon

Where are these icons? FC icon in the favorites bar is OK here. Describe the problem, please.

It's not the favourites panel. It's any icon. Will some work, some don't. In this case the freecommander.exe doesn't work as a toolbar button icon as an example.

The second image above is by creating a new toolbar button and by picking the freecommander.exe as an icon.

It's nothing more or nothing less.

It's a common thing across all programs. Try a dark theme in your browser and look at the bookmarks bar.
Icon designers by default design their icons on a white background. They then 'cut out' the icon and some of the white background pixels stay attached around the edges. They forget to set the background to transparent before designing their icons.
