753 - "Use Vista+ delete method" is broken

The option "Use Vista+ delete method" on Delete dialog is not working anymore, files are deleted one by one, not the whole folder.

Option "Use FreeCommander" must be used for Delete operation and for "Copy/Move with Vista and higher...".

To reproduce, empty recycle bin, create a new folder and place few files inside, then delete this folder and use "Use Vista+ delete method" option, check the recycle bin, there should be just the folder inside, no files.

Sub-bug - option "Use Vista+ delete method" is not automatically saved.

It's broken in version 753 and 751 x64 donor, Windows 10 x64.

Not sure from which version it's broken, but the option works good in versions 747 64bit donor and 740 32bit public (incl. auto-save).

OK, so Settings (F12) > File/folder operations > General > Delete > "Use Windows" is broken completely, folders are not deleted as before, but folder is deleted / moved to recycle bin empty and all files are deleted one by one.
