Splitter pos is not restored after hide/open inactive panel

Hi
Splitter position is not restored after hiding/opening inactive panel (F10).
How to reproduce.
1. Change the position of the vertical panel splitter.
2. Press F10 for hiding the inactive panel.
3. Press F10 again for opening the inactive panel.
The spitter position is 50/50 now.
