650 - List view extension refresh issue

- use option "right align extension for details and list view"
- use 0 Max. column width for list view
- use list view for testing
- place files with short and long names in a folder
- copy and delete files
- or/and create new file/folder
- or/and move the splitter bar
= option "0-auto size" doesn't work, name width is not refreshed, although the file list is refreshed
- use manual refresh button or shortcut
= Auto-size option now works good, but manual refresh is needed after any action

Currently the "auto size" option works only on folder change and manual refresh, it should work also if the item is deleted, copied, moved, created, if the splitter is moved, FC window is maximized, restored.
Usually I maximize FC or move the splitter to see the whole name, but I have to refresh the view manually every time.
