I can't properly search japanese file name on Win 10.
This problem doesn't occur on Win 7.

file name is "なつめさん.txt"
なつ* match.
なつめ* doesn't match. <==incorrect
なつめさ* match.

Confirmed this problem on Windows 10.
Search words ending with "め", "ら", "ム", "ル", and so on don't match.

As a test, I changed system locale of my PC to English (USA), the search succeeded.
But when system locale is Japanese, the search failed. :cry:

I heard that PathMatchSpec() API has the same problem on Windows 8 and Windows 10, but I'm not sure this is the case or not.
