596- quick view not refreshed

select a text file then CTRL+Q.
-> file content is displayed

now press F4 and change some text inside file. save and close file.
-> quick view was not refreshed & displayes outdated incorrect information

Viewer - Options->Settings->Text advanced: Auto-reload on changing

nope I didn't, now it works ALMOST! as expected!

refresh does not work for pictures, to repro:
- select a pic eg. .jpg, then CTRL+Q then press f4 to edit (assign e.g. mspaint as pic editor before)
edit the picture then save.
-> preview shows incorrect, previous picture!

Confirmed. Even manual refresh doesn't work for pictures.
