To reproduce:
- use default settings
- disable option "Close tab on doubleclick"
- enable option "With click on the active tab - change to the last active"
- on the left panel create 2 tabs and lock first tab
- go to second tab
- go to first locked tab and change path, go to subfolder or go up
- now double click the tab to go to locked path
- now click the first tab once to use option "With click on the active tab - change to the last active"
= tab is not changed, not switched to second tab

To reproduce:

- click to other window or desktop
- click to FC title bar
- now click the second tab once to use option "With click on the active tab - change to the last active"
= tab is not changed, not switched to first tab
Clicking the second tab once again works good, it doesn't work just after changing focus from FC to other window and back to FC.

- delete any item, or F5 to copy item to other panel, or F6 to move item, or copy/paste (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) item
- now click the second tab once to use option "With click on the active tab - change to the last active"
= tab is not changed, not switched to first tab
Clicking the second tab once again works good.
