Reseting the folder of the locked tab

#1 Post by CabbageTree » 16.10.2019, 12:12

Hi there,

I would like to ask for some tip when working with tabs:

I have locked tab, with allowed navigation. So I always start on the same folder-position and I can browse another folders with that tab. That is good, but sometimes I want that tab to "reset", or get back to the folder whitch is locked on. This I usualy do by clicking to another tab (wait a moment till it reads the file-list ) and after click back to that locked folder. By this I can get back to the locked position.

My question is: Is there some shorter way to get back to the locked position in the tab, than that one I described above?

Thank you.

Hello,

yes, you can use one of these:

- double click the tab title
- right click the tab and select "Go to locked path"
- assign a keyboard shortcut for "Tab: Go to locked path", e.g. to Ctrl+Backspace
