Store settings in registry

Is it possible to store settings in system registry (HKCU)? It will be great, especially in corporate environment.

One problem with this idea
After that possibility of using program as Portable (from flash drive) will become complicated

Maybe add possibility of choice for placement of settings (Registry or ini file)

Yes, of course, it can't be changed without option.
