"Favorite folder" issue

I use the version 2008.06b on Windows XP SP2.
I've read the topic http://forum.freecommander.com/viewtopic.php?t=1206, the way proposal by Marek it's correct and also the problem said from uwee. But in another way there is a bug on "favorite folder".
Step to reproduce the problem:
1 - close all tab in the panel
2 - on address bar clear history, so you can see better the problem
2 - right click on panel (not on file or folder)
3 - on context menu select "Favorites" and after select one "Favorite folder" and click with left button
You can see the favorite folder will be open in a new tab and also the original panel will moves to that folder. Besides if you close the new tab and click on address bar on the original panel, "ftp" (2:\ in my case) is the selected path but the folders list is the list of previous favorite folder.
