If I close FC with List view display, column width is too short when I restart FC, so file names are truncated. This occurs only in left panel and switching to another view mode then returning to List view restores normal column width.
Column width shortening is variable, but sometimes it can reach 1 character :

I can confirm this behavior - using beta 369.
However, I noticed that if I follow this sequence:
MENU: View > List
MENU: View > Details
MENU: View > List
The file names are not truncated.
If I follow this sequence:
MENU: View > List
MENU: Extra > Save Settings
MENU: File > Exit
Restart Free Commander (Double-Click on Desktop Icon)
Then the file names are not truncated.
Could be as simple as relocating or adding the command that refreshes / seeks the file names the first time you manually select List view from the menu after starting the application with the Details preference already set as the default view. At least I hope so.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance in testing / verifying the behaviors.
Thank you.
