Compare tool: WinMerge 2.12.4.0

1. Open Folder > Sync, and do compare.

2. PROBLEM: Select multiple file pairs, and right-click the mouse to do "compare".
Only one pair is compared.

3. EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: If multiple file-pair "compare" is not supported,
we can disable the "Compare" item under right-click of mouse.
Or maybe some compare tools support it; some don't. I don't know whether
WinMerge supports it when called from FreeCommander.
