Resizeable "Settings"

One little quirk of Freecommander that bothers me is the Tool ---> Settings windows size and layout. I have a netbook that has a set screen size of 1024x600. Add in the task bar and I get even less room. When I change the settings and am finished I can not complete things well as the "OK" button. I can click the X in the upper right corner. Even moving it up does not work as it keeps with the screen borders.
So some sort of flexibility in the Tool--> Settings would be nice.
