Bring UAC Dialog Box on Top

- if I set FCXE to 'Delete-Use FreeCommander' and if deletion of files needs UAC confirmation, then FCXE should bring the UAC dialog box on top. on my machine it always sits blinking in my taskbar.

- renaming a file/folder with FCXE when UAC confirmation is needed does it much better
