Favourite toolbars to allow relative paths in Program or folder

I don't know if this is a new bug but I was sure I could have the favourite toolbar tool as a relative path the FC folder.

I'm running in portable mode and running 811.

Here's my setting:
..\Work Apps\Sublime Text\sublime-text.exe

The folder in back one folder from the FC location and the into the Work Apps folder.

%FcSrcPath%\..\Work Apps\Sublime Text\sublime-text.exe
