I use the start with empty settings in the options for the rename dialog.
Would it be possible to add a button and menu item to load the last settings used?

Re: Multi rename - Button / menu option to use last used settings
Workaround:
Use the options:
- start with last used settings
- activate profiles combo box first
In the Profiles tab create "Default" profile with default options and move it to first position with toolbar button "Move up".
Then last used settings will be used first, if you want to use default settings, just press down arrow once, so for last used settings, just press Enter, for default settings use down arrow + Enter, for other profiles, down arrow to select profile, Enter to rename.
Anyway, the option "last used settings" could be always placed in the profiles list, so it could be used anytime.

Not sure if the last used setting would be best placed in the profiles list.
In the menu, and/or as a button beside the preview changes may be more UX friendly.
