How do I change the font and it size ?

#1 Post by alderwood » 26.04.2009, 20:08

I have always used TotalCommander but I experienced that FreeCommander has possibilities which I prefer.

However I have been browsing and searching, also in the chm file
but I still do not know how to change the font and its size in the windows
where the maps and files are shown.

Only in the chm file there is mentioned how, but I (using the Dutch version)
cannot find this option.

I tried to edit the ini file, but without result too.

This is the font settings from my ini:

[Font-dirViewLeft]
Name=Tahoma
Size=14
Bold=0
Italic=0
Underline=0
Strikeout=0
Charset=1
Color=0

[Font-dirViewRight]
Name=Tahoma
Size=14
Bold=0
Italic=0
Underline=0
Strikeout=0
Charset=1
Color=0

[Font-treeLeft]
Name=Tahoma
Size=12
Bold=1
Italic=0
Underline=0
Strikeout=0
Charset=1
Color=-16777208

[Font-treeRight]
Name=Tahoma
Size=12
Bold=1
Italic=0
Underline=0
Strikeout=0
Charset=1
Color=-16777208

------ I like it big :)

You can change font settings at:
extras >>> settings >>> view >>> colors/fonts
for the filelist, tree and statusbar.

There is a font-icon beside the picture of FC.

Thank you very much for your reply.
After I changed the language to English I did find where I had to be,
font icon included.
Back to Dutch I did find the option as well.

I am very glad, since I work with FC all the time I of course prefer
the looks the way I like them.

I do thank you as well.
Using the interface is much easier, but to know what others like is a nice help too.
