Colors for file/folder attributes changed in 2008.06C ?

Just installed 2008.06C in a Windows XP Virtual Machine and it looked like there had been some changes to the colors in the following section:
Colors for file/folder attributes
Normally I thought they were all set to Black (RGB 0,0,0) but this time some of them seemed to be GREY.
Can anyone else confirm if there has been a change?
