Function "Redirect Win+E to FC" opens Start Menu (Win10)

Hi,
When I enable "Redirect Win+E to FC" and click Win+E, the FC opens but Start Menu opens too.
I use Win10 Pro 64-bit, FC XE 32-bit build 740.

This bug still seems to be present after 3 years when using
FreeCommander XE 2020 Build 810a 32-bit public
on Windows 10 Home 64 bit. A little investigation showed that it has to do with the amount of time you wait to press the second button (e). If you are doing it immediately after pressing win, then the start menu opens and Freecommander follows after a short period of time. If you wait for at least 1 second then everything works as expected and only FC opens.
