x64 donor 819 - favorites shortcut creates new redundant tab

Hello there,
faced strange behaviour after updating to the newest version 819 today:
On previous version, when you use a shortcut to jump to one of the folders saved as favourite (e.g. Ctrl+Shift+1) FC was just jumping to the saved directory.
Now, the bahaviour changed, and instead of just jumping to the directory, FC first creates additional tab in the active panel and only after that in new tab it jumps to the favourite folder.
Can be easiliy reproduced many times.
