Filename with space not opened from app launched from Favorite Toolbar

FreeCommander build 810a under Windows 10 64bit 17134.

I am launching an application from the Favorite Toolbar.
This application should open the file focused on the active panel.
Differently from other application the Start Folder field seems to be ignored, therefore, to do this, I have to pass in the Parameters field the following string:
%ActivDir%\%ActivItem%

When the filename has a space in it, the application is complaining it is not finding the file as if the filename were not included in quotes...
The "Enclose each selected item with " " is active.

If I drag and drop the file on the application already started, the file is opened without problems.

Could you please have a look to see if there is anything wrong in FreeCommander? I find this Favorite Toolbar feature very good and I am using it constantly.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Ciao,
M.

For me the two options works fine:
1. %ActivDir%\%ActivItem% with not active "Enclose each selected item...."
2. %ActivSel% with active and inactive "Enclose each selected item...."
