Problems with Shortcuts

Some shortcuts I have defined are disappearing even when I've clicked Save Settings and relaunched FreeCommander. Also now I can't assign ALT+H as a shortcut where I've been able to before.
FreeCommander XE 810a on Windows 10 1809

Do you have a problem with just some shortcuts, or all? If just some, please provide more information, which are not saved, which are saved, at least 1 example for both.
Where is your settings folder, it should not be in "Program Files" folder, you can check it in About dialog.
I can't confirm the problem with Alt+H in 810a.

All shortcuts except for Copy, Cut, and Paste were lost. Lost shortcuts include History Back, Rename, and Favorites. The Settings folder is in the FreeCommander application folder, not in Program Files. I'm running the version from

The ALT+H problem was caused by another application. But the other shortcuts are still disappearing all the time.
