Filter with attributes

#1 Post by htownhero13 » 04.02.2015, 23:44

Hi all,

I would like to set up a filter, that shows everything (files and folders) but system files and folders.

I tried to use a reusable filter with all attributes set to "does not care" except for the "system" attribute, which I have unchecked. Unfortunately no files nor folders are shown in free commander. Does anyone know what is wrong with my settings?

I'm using FreeCommander XE 2015 Build 685 32-bit public and as OS Win7 64bit.

I'm aware of the possibility to enable or disable the system files by means of the settings dialog. However, this is not what I'm looking for.

Cheers

Alternative: right click the status bar.

Hi,

thanks, this alternative is quite good. Nevertheless I would like to know if there's a bug in the filter feature or if I'm simply too dumb.

cheers

It is a bug.
Fixed for the next release.
