Windows Smart Screen block installation of Freecommander

Windows Smart Screen block installation of Freecommander. Does anyone have the same issue?
Is there a virus?

You can use the portable version. Unzip to a location of your choice but not in typical windows-folders like program files or program files (x86).
FC doesn't need an installation.

What do you mean, the smart screen often blocks unknown programs, it does not mean it's malware or spyware.

You can scan the setup file with your antivirus program, if you want, I did it with Defender, 0 threats found.
