Colorizing file names
Colorizing file names
Can I colorize file names that contain a certain string?
Re: Colorizing file names
Yes: first define a filter for those files in Folder->Filter->Set filter->Define...->Add new filter, then use Tools->Settings->View->File/folder list->Items color->Color by file type->Add new color class->Select predefined filter.
Re: Colorizing file names
Thanks! This works great. Can I apply a filter to one particular folder only?
Re: Colorizing file names
Yes you can, select "Specify folder filter" and add full path, e.g.: "C:\Programs\FreeCommander\SETTINGS".
Re: Colorizing file names
I'm trying to colorize files in a folder, e.g. "C:\Home\*copy*". It's not working for me. Does FreeCommander allow this?
Re: Colorizing file names
AFAIK, the color of the files with different names inside the folder can't be changed.
