Hello all. I discovered FreeCommander yesterday and installed it on a Windows 7 system to evaluate it. Looks good so far.
I have a problem with the help file. Have downloaded the .chm file, extracted it to the FreeCommander install directory but when I press <F1> or click on Help on the menu, I can see no help content. The Help window opens, I can see the table of contents in the left panel, and the index entries when I click on index, but nothing appears in the large help content window at the right.
Any suggestions on what I may have done wrong or what I need to do to fix this? As a completely new user, I'd like to have the help available while I am learning the program. I know the help is online but I don't find that as convenient an option to use.
Thanks in advance.
