As of version 334, it is still doesn't work

Ha, didn't know this is the use > Folders like files :)
When using this feature, directories act like files, meaning they are part of any operation you make on files - including sorting.

Sort doesn't take in account the ALT+F9 function
When sorting a directory by size, in conjunction with the ALT+F9 (calculate directory size), the sort will only work on the files - not on the folders.
That means that files in a specific folder are sorted while all sub-directories in that folder are not.
