Ah it was just that particular style. Got my icons back! (whew)MilesAhead wrote:I didn't get on the Skin bandwagon until now. Found a really nice Style for XP but unfortunately it kills off all my external app icons in FC.
Is there a setting the ignores themes or are we stuck until skin support materializes?

My feature afa rename goes would be an Undo. Even if you had to manually save the state of the list of files first that would be okay. Esp. as it's easy to scramble things up. Sometimes I get some unauthorized command message, then the rename dialog pops up in German. As example I just tried to use ...

Thanks much. You're welcome. Hope you have fun with it. :) btw I posted a bit better version on the AutoIt3 Forum. This one prompts for the location of FreeCommander.exe on first run and stores the location in an .ini file. Here's a link to the post: http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?show...

Load layout from command line?
If not possible already(can't find ref. to what command line params are implemented) it would be cool to load the named layout off the command line during startup. Then I could create a dedicated shortcut or alias to start with multiple tab layout instead of load, click layouts, then select.

drag move to tab?
I can't seem to figure out hot to drag move selected files to another tab
in the same pane with the mouse. No matter what I do it pops up the
Copy dialog.
Usually I want to drag/move since on the same drive Windows just changes the directory listings.. much faster.

document mouse commands
Keyboard shortcuts are relatively easy to find but the equivalent mouse
commands are almost impossible to locate. A chart similar to the keyboard
shortcuts chart with the mouse commands would be very helpful.

or ALT+Click with the middle mouse button :) Very cool. With that, named layouts and multiple renamer it's tough to think of an excuse not to use it. :) In fact I wrote a little launcher thingy and one of the buttons will launch a file manager with 2 selected folders. It defaults to Free Commander ...
