FC has no own copy-routine, so I think it's windows that gives you the 'Not enough space' dialog and offers some clean up routines.

Is it possible to copy the file with windows explorer?

I think, this can not be replaced because it is a open/save-Dialog which always use Explorer.exe.

As in other filemanagers or explorer, too:

Drag the file to the program button in the task bar, hold until program gets focus or comes to foreground and drag the file to the program surface.

I think direct file comparison (e.g. with WinMerge or ExamDiff) can't solve this problem because IE and FF are writing different html-code. So you get a lot of differences in the code. You can use the zip-file of FreeCommander without setup in the downloadsection ( http://www.freecommander.com/FreeCommander200806c.zip ) to unpack a fresh FreeCommander. Does your first post mea...

Yes, I know, that is what you want to do (rename), but what did you do in freeCommander? Did you select all files to rename and chose "File" >>> "Multiple rename" and did then the multiple-rename-window open? What did you do then? Did you type anything in the field "file nam...
