Request: Status bar ABOVE bottom tabs
XE continues to get better and better! When showing folder tabs at the bottom , the file panel status bar displays below the tabs, which tends to visually disassociate the file panel from its status values. Instead (when the tabs are displayed at the bottom), please consider showing the status bar a...

QuickView at Top
This may seem a bit "small" for a request, but I have been experimenting with folder tabs at the bottom of the XE Window and find that it is not possible to position the QuickView panel at the top of the panel. Yes, it is a small thing, but it seems to me that the embedded QuickView panel ...

Re: Navigation within a file container
Hello again. Sorry for the delay in posting about the new behavior of the File Container. In build 577, the "Goes up one level" function behaves in the expected way when inside a file container tab: At the "top" level of the file container "Goes up one level" does nothi...

Navigation within a file container
File containers are a great idea. But I am prevented from productive use of file containers in the current (573) beta because IMO the navigation behavior is counter-intuitive. To reproduce the behavior this post questions, do the following: 1. Create a new file container tab 2. Copy a folder tree to...

Re: File container tab needs "regular" panel toolbar
Hi Marek
I've tried adding buttons to the container toobar in the Define action toolbars dialog but the added buttons don't "stick" after clicking OK: the container toolbar is not updated to show the new buttons.
Maybe it's a bug, instead?

File container tab needs "regular" panel toolbar
I appreciate the buttons the container toolbar already does have (they are necessary and useful, IMO), but would like additionally for the container panel to behave as if it was a "regular" folder tab, including all of the buttons the user has defined for the tab panel toolbar. Please cons...

Re: List columns width not saved?
Here's hoping that the entire list view column layout thing just hasn't been addressed yet (it's a big project, after all).
I wish for:
1. Any column in any position (I prefer Extension in column 1, for instance)
2. Full support for wdx plugins

The new splitter functionality is excellent. I really like the behavior with the buttons visible.

Report all bugs?
I have worked with XE for over an hour now and have encountered nearly 20 bugs not yet reported here.
What is the protocol for bug reporting? Do you want 1 post per bug, a list of bugs, or is there some other mechanism?
The crash bug reporting mechanism fails here (see my previous post).

0.520 TO: not populated in Outlook when sending bug report
I have encountered numerous crashes with 0.520 version of EX. EX offers to send a bug report and I work through the 3 panels (description + screenshot) and Outlook displays an email, but the To field is not populated.
What email address should I use for bug reports?

0.520 INI not entirely preserved on crash
When 0.520 crashes, INI settings (changed in the current session) are lost, even though "Save Settings" has been executed several times.
