Where does FC store the values for "New Folder"?
Hello,
in the dialog to create a new folder (via F7), I start to enter characters and FC auto-completes with some recently used value.
I would like to delete/change those old values. Where does FC store those?
I couldn't find it neither in registry nor in my user profile.

Yes, optionally is always good.
Middle button is assigned to do a double click already.

X-button for a tab should get visible when hovering mouse
The "X"-button for a tab should get visible when hovering the mouse over it, so the tab can be closed without opening it. This is useful for tabs which would take a long time to load when opened, e.g. disconnected network drives.

[fixed] UNC-paths are displayed with "1:" instead of the server name
Steps to reproduce: - Open UNC-path like "\\myserver\c$" Result: The window title shows the path correctly, but the tab shows "1:c$". Expected result: IMHO this should be "\\myserver:c$" or "myserver:c$" FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 720 64-bit Windows 7, SP1, 6...

Re: Label cut off in profile settings
Confirmed. You have to click and drag the column divider to the right. In the "column profiles" section, the header reads "ShellContentType" and the column stays opened while the one in "Programs > Default actions" is reduced to width=0 when releasing the mouse button. ...

Re: long time, no new public release
I wonder how many of the non-paying suggestions have made their way into the latest donor release? And I wonder how many of those may have been programmed by you. Always interesting to see how many people think that the author of a free or open source software owes them something. Are you asking th...

Re: bug: incorrect shift selection
Confirmed with Build 720 64-bit.
Though, it only happens when you select from bottom to top.

Re: cannot unselect with ctrl-click
I cannot reproduce the problem on my Windows 7 box using "FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 720 64-bit donor".
You could compare the config files from both your computers ("AppData\Local\FreeCommanderXE\Settings\") using WinMerge.

Feature request: Edit profile settings via double click
In "Settings > View > Column profiles" you have to select a profile and then click on the hammer icon to edit the columns. I think it is intuitive to simply double click on a profile's name, so it would be nice if this could be added. FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 720 64-bit donor Windows 7,...

Label cut off in profile settings
The label is a bit too long when using autosize for the name column, see screenshot. Perhaps the "(0:" part should simply be removed. A novice user will use 999 (which will be reduced to 250 as it seems) and an expert user will know to use 0 from other programs. After all, both should appe...

@alf: No problem then =)
@Marek: Thanks for the explanation. I guess the info from http://www.forum.freecommander.com/view ... 447#p15385 was wrong or I misinterpreted it.

Then what is the purpose of auto refresh? Even if it is disabled, it still auto refreshes.

I actually like auto resize, but I'm not sure if I understand the purpose of "auto refresh" correctly.
When auto refresh is disabled, why is the view refreshed when I create a directory?
