Already tried that too, but it doesn't fix it.

mhh, got the same setting.... without luck. I've tried almost everything till now. I just can't get it fixed...
Is there any way to debug that kind of problem?

On Windows 8.1 (64-bit) the overlay icons from TortoiseSVN or owncloud do not work. In Windows Explorer everything is fine.
I also tried the "Show overlay icons (SVN)" option under Settings -> View -> Tree -> Management without success.
