Thanks for the prompt reply, comparing the default settings with my settings I found out that the setting "show link to folders" did the trick. Deselecting shows no archive files in tree while selecting the check box shows archive files in tree regardless of the setting of "show windo...

Tree view always show archive files
The tree view seems to show archive files regardless of the setting.
This happens in XE 2017 build 744 64-bit donor and following versions.
Up to build 742 it was okay.
