keyboard shortcuts
Fuzzy brain - I was able to change shortcuts to what I wanted. but I can't remember how to generate the list on the bottom of the page that reminds me of special shortcuts. Guidance please.

I frequently drag files to the drive bar to move or copy files to other drives. Suddenly this week I see a circle with a slash in it and it doesn't drag and drop. How to attach a screen shot to message here?
In trying to get help with the show-drive bar I was asked to attach a screen shot to a message here. I do not know how. I tried putting a link to my computer's jpg between Img and Img from the bar above but that did not work.
