Go to the left folder tree and right-click mouse to delete it. 3. Now you are moved to the parent folder of the deleted folder. SUGGESTION: Move to the nex...

Re: delete: main windows loses focus after deleting file

Can't confirm on Vista. Version: 2009.02b Operating System: Windows XP I have observed that with 2009.02a, FreeCommander loses focus after deleting a *folder*. With 2009.02b, I could not reproduce it today. But since it was originally reported against 2009.02b, I will see if it happens again. Thank...

Re: Chinese (trad.): Dir > Sync > Sync: text not fully displ

The log-in kick out time of this forum is still too short. When I type "submit", I have already timed out and lost my message. NOW: In order to overcome the "text width" problem, Windows programming style (e.g. Microsoft) usually recommends that the width of the text field should...

Re: Folder history -> forward button incorrectly disabled

Here is a problem on 2009.02a. 1. Just use the left panel. 2. Click into several folders, so the the drop-down on the "back" button has collected several items. 3. Click "back". Now the "forward" button is active. Correct. 4. Open the "back" drop-down and go b...

Re: Paths from clipboard to address bar work sometimes not.

SIMILAR PROBLEM:

Version 2009.02a

1. Right click right path and do: Edit. Copy its text to clipboard.
Don't press <Enter> to finish editing.

2. Right click left path and select Paste from clipboard. Now you end up pasting to the
right path, not the left path.

Thanks.

Folder > Compare > Sync > Unable to open source: should stay

Version: 2009.02a If you do Folder > Sync > Synchronise > Unable to open source, then it should stay. It should not go back to reread for comparison. This is because the user may have selected something to copy, and something not to copy. If you reread for comparison, then you lose the user's select...

drive letter: sometimes appear as lowercase on left pane

The "submit" time-out on this forum is STILL TOO SHORT. I suggest at least 10 minutes. Version: 2009.02a When you open FreeCommander, the driver letter on the left pane's directory path normally appear as uppercase (capital letter), but occationally occur as lowercase (small letter). I thi...

mapped drive: "O" appears as "o" on left panel

Version: 2009.02a I have one computer with a mapped drive "O". This "O" appears as "o" in the left pane of FreeCommander. I have not observed this previously for other mapped drives, or for a mapped drive "O" in another computer. So, I don't know whether this ...

Re: "Swap panels" button **position**

Version: 2009.02a The current "swap pane" (swap panel) button is located on the right side, between the right-side path, and the right-side buttons, thus in the middle of controls specific to the right side. It is in a strange position. A better position is between the left pane and the ri...

Re: Filter History in synchronization window

If you do filter history, then it would be nice to have:

1. Sorted by alphabet.

2. Support pressing the <Del> key in the history list to delete from history.

3. Automatically preselect the last-used filter.

Thanks.

Folder > Syc > Comp > Right-click > Del > No: should stay

Version: 2009.02a

1. Go to Folder > Sync.

2. Do "Compare".

3. Right-click a file and select Delete. Oops, selected wrongly.

4. Click "No".

5. PROBLEM: It does re-compare.

6. EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: Nothing is performed. It should not re-compare.

Thanks.
